About Me
I am an integrative relational psychotherapist and counsellor with a background of many years working with individuals for the NHS as a speech and language therapist. I have an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from Roehampton University and work with adults presenting with a wide range of difficulties concerning their mental well-being.
What I do
I draw from the psychodynamic and humanistic approaches to psychotherapy and consider the therapeutic relationship to be central to the process; I place the unique experience of the individual at the centre of the therapeutic process, and together we embark on a journey to explore and understand what may be causing the present difficulty and any associated patterns or behaviours that may contribute to the unhappiness and work out together what might facilitate change.
How I can help you
As an integrative relational psychotherapist and counsellor, I provide a flexible, compassionate approach which offers support, tailored specifically to the problems or difficulties you are facing and together we can identify a way of working together that is best for you. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss how I can help you.
